The thought of a personal trainer seeing me at my worst was my idea of hell, but I knew if I wanted to make the changes I needed, I would have to bite the bullet and get over it!
Alex wasn’t how I had imagined a personal trainer to be, in that he could tell when to push me harder and more importantly when not to. This is what made all the difference for me.
