Hacking Hydration

If you haven’t already, check my last blog here on how hydration could be whats holding you back from having a strong immune system, dropping body fat and performing optimally.

 

Here are some practical and enjoyable hacks to keep yourself hydrated:

 

1. Make Infused Water

  • If you need a bit of taste, Lemon, Oranges, Mint, Cucumber soaked for a few hours all work really well.

 

2. Eat Your Water

  • Some fruits and veggies have a high water content.
    • Examples include any melon (if you know me you know how I feel about watermelon 🙂 ), any berry, cucumber, broccoli, celery, cauliflower

 

3. Drink A Small Glass Before Each Meal

  • Make it a habit to this. You will digest your meal much easier.

 

4. Always Have A Bottle Of Water On You

  • In your bag, on your desk, in your hand whatever, if you see it trust me you will drink it.
