Stop travelling ruining your progress!

 

As you all know traveling can be a huge pain in getting the way of our progress as it throws our routine all off! It’s important to know what to do to minimize the damage that travel can cause!

 

1. Manage expectations – don’t expect that you will be able to improve at the same rate as when you are back home and have your routine working for you!

 

2. Boost your immune system before and during your travels – the amount of times clients come back and have picked up a bug either during travel or upon return which throws them off for another few weeks.

    How do I do that you may ask?

    1 week before travel take the following high quality supplement stack:

Sounds like a lot but is not hard to just have this all first thing in the morning or before bed. And before you start telling me how unnatural these things are.
