How long will it take me to get in shape?

Every client is different and it depends on your current fitness level, goals, coachability and willingness to change etc. Book a Free Coaching Call with me and get more specific estimates.

I have an injury, can I still achieve my goals?

Yes, It’s possible to work around an injury in almost all cases. Of course it will depend on what the injury is and it may affect how long it will take to achieve your goal. I also work with a great team of rehab specialists that can help you get back to full strength.

How much time per week will I have to spend exercising?

This depends how fast you want to achieve your results. Optimum is 3-4 hours per week. However, if you’re looking to just make that first step even 1 hour per week with my coaching can make a huge impact on your future success.

What if I can’t see you in person, do you offer Online Personal Training?

Yes I do! This is a great option if you are motivated to workout alone but still want all the benefits of my coaching. Not too good for complete beginners though.
