You MUST do this before Dropping calories when trying to lose fat! 

Firstly, the reason most people get fat is because they are eating too many calories compared to what they are burning. Dead Simple!

BUT The reason they are eating too many calories is because their body is craving good nutrition. If they are giving it sub-par nutrition, then their body will crave a larger quantity of food to be satisfied. And even then, they will never quite feel truly satisfied; they simply feel stuffed or hungry but never properly satisfied.

So for most people when the goal is fat loss, they immediately START by trying to eat less. This goes okay for a day or 2 and yes they will lose weight BUT then the cravings kick in! They feel they are starving because they haven’t worked on giving their body quality nutrients first!


We’re talking the right amounts of:

  • Protein (amino acids), Fats (good quality fatty acids), Carbs (clean ingredients).
  • Vitamins.
  • Minerals.
  • Anti-oxidants.

1. For ALL of my clients I get them to record a food diary so we can both see what they are and are not having.

2. Then I immediately get them working on getting more of the above quality nutrients.
